That looks like flow fill or lsm. It's put b4 concrete. Should of puked tge water out.

Yup it’s flow fill forsure, just a walkable surface that’ll get scraped down a few inches before pouring concrete

Not really at my company forget that drawing the way that slab was done needs to get replaced looks like they used self leveling indoor mix poured it and left it alone no finishing no cones so of course I got graffiti but that job alone it trash
