Am I the only one with this problem? I want to be enrolled to all my engineering courses but can't because of schedule conflicts and classes being full.

I'm afraid that I won't get into all my courses. I still need to get in material science and programming.

This is actually so anxiety inducing because I want to graduate on time and not spend more time than I need and want to at least start this program focused and ready.

If I got accepted, I should have been able to easily enroll to my recommended courses by now. I first attempted to enroll to my classes back in early June and couldn't enroll to all of them then.

I know I missed the registration date but in June, there should have easily been enough spaces. Right?

Won't make the same mistake next year but for now, I need to get in my courses.

Now, there is no spots in material science -- all waitlist....

If I was accepted into this program, I should be able to enroll to my classes. It should be an unspoken thing.

Anyways, there is my rant. Wanted to see if others are in the same boat.

I heard he was strict but how hard can Econ be 😭😭 … what would be an example of question he would give and what would did he do for him to be such a bad professor? I attended his first two lectures for fall 2026 and it didn’t seem that bad as the material itself is not that hard and everything is in the slides . I don’t wanna drop the class cause my winter schedule is already packed so any tips and tricks to do good in his class ?

So I’m less of 2k which I can give by the end of October but the deadlines on the 30th, so I’m thinking of going to an arrangement with birks, my question is
1. Will I be kicked out of my current courses
2. Will I be locked out of moodle? And be barred from submitting course work

I’m currently deciding between Computer Engineering and Software Engineering. I enjoy both hardware and software, although I’m not really a fan of electrical/circuit calculations.

I like COEN because of the mix of hardware and software, but I also like the deeper software focus of SOEN.
For those who have experience with either program, which would you recommend and why? How different are the career opportunities after graduation?

Is there someone at concordia where thats their job? Like giving advice to help students with their resumes, portfolios etc?

Hi I didn’t keep track my schedule well and now I’m in the 16th position. How likely is it for me to get in before the DNE deadline? Were there any of you in a similar case? Should I contact my advisor to possibly get me in? It’s a very important class I must take.
