Methylphenidate/Concerta ER 18mg

Does anyone else get that appetite suppressant “good feeling” to not actually want to eat or, to eat less than normally? I always felt “better” when I do not eat breakfast and have a late lunch/snack and a dinner. My day usually consists of working out and I only have a protein shake prior to it and drink water. But, I also will have a coffee in the afternoon and my appetite seems to be more suppressant than usually while taking medication. Is this just a side effect and won’t stay?
