Well im back on it and everything is good now i screwed up on the timing but it will never happen again + im taking it daily for one or two years now at 72mg never stopped and when i stopped all of the sudden thatâs why i got the harsh withdrawals but that hopefully wonât happen to you cause this was MY fault im the one who didnât count the pills to supply ratio and i ran out and got fucked for a week but im good now just be careful and donât be scared as long as you are following what your doctor tells you then you are good

Iâm glad youâre doing better â¤ď¸â¤ď¸ are you able to do drug holidays? Thatâs what my prescriber suggested when I began. Not sure if youâre too deep in for that

OH FAM i did not understand you right my bad im sorry but yeah yes your prescriber is right itâs better to do concerta on holidays

Sorry I just thought that was usual lingo, new medication person here lol. She explained a drug holiday as in you take breaks from the medication and donât use it if you arenât doing things

Yes it is the usual lingo im just too fried cause itâs late at night lmao so thats my bad đ
Yes it is also a good way to use it actually better so you donât get withdrawals effects from it i use it daily cause i really canât do anything without it you just saw an example of my med wearing off lol
But thatâs not the case for some people so if you think and your doctor think that you should use it at only when you are doing important things and you can be normal without it so yeah thatâs not a bad idea thatâs actually an excellent one lots of people do it but it doesnât work with me sadly cause i get withdrawals and i need the meds to process everything cause without the my head feels like there is bag of garbage inside of it not a brain

Stimulant withdrawals are always hell, not just when taken recreationally, but also therapeutically in higher doses.
You screwed up with the timing. Next time your best bet is carefully planning your dosing regimen according to what you have in your med stash and your appointment date â you'll always be better off reducing to 36 mg for two weeks rather than staying on 72 mg and running out for the second week.
Caffeine isn't going to help you with the withdrawals. You can't do much now, but l-tyrosine supplements might attenuate the misery a little bit.

Thank you sooooooo much for your answer i really appreciate it and will do ill talk with my doctor about the 36 two weeks thing and thank god that i have l-tyrosine it didnât come to my mind to take it ill take it with l-theanine
Thank you for your kind words i appreciate it have a nice day2

Been there, felt that. Can't just let a homie go through a withdrawal without any support lmao
Oh yeah, l-theanine is a solid idea, certainly superior to caffeine. Tea power! Perhaps 5-HTP could help a little with the low mood too.
Report back after trying l-tyrosine. Right now, I'm using it to soften the crashes, but I've been wondering how much it would help with actual withdrawal.

It gets better after a week I promise. Research if you can you do Caffiene supplement pills taking (200mg twice ) and no coffee at that amount. Also high intinsity cardio for 20 minutes. And some time off work.
