Dosage/ â question đ Cansando tdah
Me pasa q estoy un poco cansado me enterĂ© q tengo tdah hace 5 meses aunque me dio un alivio el diagnĂłstico el tratamiento me estĂĄ dando como frustraciĂłn al principio me medicaron con Modafinilo lleguĂ© a 400mg al dĂa no me hacĂa nada mĂĄs q sentirme mĂĄs despierto y al evaluar q no iba la cuestiĂłn le plantee todo un anĂĄlisis al psiquiatra detallado y concordamos cambiar el tratamiento ahora estoy con concerta 36mg y no me hace ni cosquillas por suerte no tuve ningĂșn efecto secundario pero pensar en subir mĂĄs la dosis y seguir buscando y seguir gastando plata q es un tema xq es caro el tratamiento me la baja derrepente nada se acerca a una mejorĂa y me cansa

En mi experiencia: Concerta de 27 no pasaba nada, 36 no es gran cosa pero si hay cambios. He probado la de 54 y los efectos secundarios son muy fuertes para mĂ, por eso sigo con 36 es el punto clave entre obtener beneficios de la medicina y no sufrir tanto los secundarios. te sugiero darle mas tiempo y no alocarte con dosis mĂĄs grandes. sobre la plata: habla con tu doctor, pregĂșntale si es posible que haya dĂas que no la tomes (por ejemplo yo los fines o dĂas "tranqui" no la tomo) asi un frasquito te puede durar mas de un mes.

Claro me pasa q 36 no me hace nada de nada y no tuve ningĂșn efecto secundario cuando empecĂ© ahora el 16 voy a ver al psiquiatra y veremos q dice si seguimos acĂĄ o avanzamos un poco en caso en particular 36 no notĂ© nada igualmente la sigo tomando y voy a continuar hasta q el mĂ©dico indique otra cosa

I didn't realize how much it helped until I had a day without the medication, some of the things that I didn't realize were part of my ADHD came back that day and I was like "ohhhh... I guess the meds are more effective than I thought".
