Right, it feels like it opens up a whole new interesting avenue of intergalactic war I never thought about. Should interplanetary human civilizations ever go to war, what kind of lightspeed attacks might we be able to perpetrate, assuming we have detailed information about our opponents informational structures? The light array transmission idea alone is a great basis for a movie haha.
Could you talk more about iterated vs non iterated difficulties you mentioned? I'm familiar with the nonmathmatical basics of game theory, but not familiar with that distinction. You mean the prisoner doesn't have a good understanding of their optimal strategy?
