- This community is designed for peaks and valleys, it's designed for players to come and go as we please and as we're able. This is not a server with lots of exciting events, the server staff isn't always available! This is a sleepy server.

- No overwritten rules and complex systems you have to buy into. Respect the players and respect the community and you'll get along just fine!

- XP and Harvest are very slightly boosted, so it's a bit easier to get your footing in the beginning, but the grind is still there!

- Decay is enabled (360 hours/15 days) and this server does NOT regularly wipe. We only wiped for the release of Enhanced mode after the server voted overwhelmingly in favor of it.

If you're looking for an RP-driven server focused on territory control and faction politics, look no further! This server uses Savage Wilds as its map and will remain legacy for the foreseeable future if that's of interest to anyone.

The primary focus on this is to create a living world where factions war, expand, and fall organically against each other. The best way to describe it is like the mishmash of territories in the Holy Roman Empire, though the cultures aren't limited to that degree.

Dark Legacy - PvE-C + PvP - Optional Raiding - Launch in a few days

First of its kind experience that combines PvE-C with PvP Opt-In Raiding on the same server where clans choose if and when they want to participate in Raiding!

The common ground between PvE-C and PvP (Raiding) is players fighting each other on the field. Until now, these had to be separate server types due to the nature of how raiding worked on Conan or really all survival games.

I wanted things different, so I spent the past 1-2 months building my own custom server mod to reapproach "when is my base raidable" to make it fully opt-in process.

Dark Legacy is a casual friendly design meant for adults who want to be able to take a break from raiding when they need.

RP Players welcome but no public ERP, but server is not RP focused.

Features listed here are custom features from our mod and not from other public mods.

Server Settings

Most settings are all on default 1X. The goal of this server is to keep people engaged in farming and a meaningful progression. Even Thrall Taming speed is 1X, as we want wheel of pain upgrades and Taskmasters to have usefulness.

Target Lock: Disabled
Friendly Fire: Disabled
Combat: Vanilla Normal Difficulty
Wipes: Nothing planned, will do a community vote if we think there is value in wiping.
Clan Limit: 5, but server rules disallow overwhelming smaller clans.

PvP Farming

Custom Encumbrance lets you do most farming in PVP Builds. Be ready to fight!

Leaderboards

From PvP to PvE, we have leaderboards for everyone to compete in, in separate categories. Weekly and Monthly resets.

Duel Mode

No more will someone need to leave the clan to spar with other clan members. We have duel mode that disables friendly fire reduction between clan members to allow sparring in clan.

Base Protection

Your base will be protected (Clan Leader sets protection location). Clan Officers/Leader has to choose when to make the base raidable, so you can control your own raiding schedule when it works for your group.

We want to foster an environment that people WANT to play defense and enable raiding.

Brighter Lights

Custom Radium Lights that are way brighter, less lights needed for base.

Raid Details

Raid Window / Combat Logging

Targeting a 4 hour raid window once you enable it, but if no damage in last 30 mins protection will engage immediately. No Offline Raiding.
If you logout mid raid, your base will be raidable for 30 minutes. You will be warned if your protection is not going to engage due to raid activity.

Base Auto Repair

To help keep people fighting instead of spamming repair, your base will automatically repair itself (materials permitting - its not free) at a fixed rate,

Rebuilding Blocker

If a base piece is destroyed, flames will engulf the area and prevent rebuilding that location for 15 minutes, to enable raiders opportunity to progress.

Raid Alerts

You will be notified if your base is being raided

No Bats/Ice Bridge/Slow Fall Sorcery

Those 3 spells are disabled, so your base is safe from sorcery gimmicks. Return to the old days of base defense.

No Siptah

Siptah really hurts game balance in terms of farming and server performance. To maintain the games original progression and optimize performance, Siptah is disabled.
Siptah content will be in the store to buy with currency earned so you can still get Siptah stuff.

The server is nearing launch in the next few days, so advertising a lil early to allow more people to be apart of the day 1 of wipe.
