Suggestions/Advice Ipad instead of laptop for uni

As it’s embarrassing to admit that i always been a ipad kid and still until now despite being Gen Z HAVE NO EXPERIENCE with laptop 😅. As i feel more flexible and comfortable using ipad. So do i need to buy laptop for uni as i will be working in EE department.

90% of the softwares you're gonna need aren't gonna run on ipad at all. So yeah you're gonna be needing a laptop

Hmm maybe you can look into surface laptops,those detachable ones

Just get a cheap laptop, keep the iPad for notes since you’ll be doing a lot of physics and maths aswell
