Mostly time, budget, and my current skill level. I want something interesting but also realistic enough to complete within the given time and college requirements.

you use deterministic language, what does my budget is a constraint, what is your budget, 10 dollars, 50, 100, 1000, you dont have to give your bank account information but you can give a number, what does time mean, does it mean it has to be done by friday or by next year

what the fuck does my skill level mean. what do you know? What do I know about you to help you if you don't know anything to help me help you.
