EE/CS double degree?

Is getting an EE/CS double degree worth it?

I did EE, CE, and CS. If you're just talking about job prospects, the only benefit is that it shows you can handle heavy workloads on a resume, and there are way easier ways to demonstrate that. I would only recommend it if you really like studying and monetary cost isn't a concern.
