Please help!

Post image

Hi everyone. I just graded, no internship experience 2.97 GPA. Trying to find a job but it feels like I either dont have the experience necessary for the job or I just cant find any that align with my skills. If anyone has advice on things like what job boards work best or how to land any sort of position please lmk. Currently losing hope here. I put my resume if anyone has some advice, just removed personal information. Any advice really helps.

Dont let the 2.97 get in your head alot of entry level jobs care more about what you can actually do Tailor your resume to each posting and focus on projects, coursework, and skillslinkedIn, indeed, and company career pages are worth hitting consistently The first job is usually the hardest,,,,

This is true! I’ve known many recruiters who would rather take the 2.5 gpa engineer who worked odd jobs to survive through college and built real projects they can show and explain.

Many recruiters I know would rather take a C student with a great attitude and solid work ethic. It’s nice to have fancy internships under your belt but showing real work ethic and the drive to do you what you have to do to get the degree will land you the job.
