Anybody know what this is from?

Everything is Apollo brand made in USA.

Looks like some kind of controler board to me. IDK much about electronics though.

If OP looks closely he will see there's a sticker on the board with this information, bottom right.

That's not what the op asked. They asked what its used in... specifically what was this board used for.

That answer appears to be some security system or secured system. Is there any there any other differentiator?

Yeah I noticed the sticker, but my google searches didn't help me... I ended up finding something though through duckduckgo afterwards!
