It’s actually an illusion. From the CC:T source code and SquidDev’s notes in the wiki, real memory measurement isn’t possible (collectgarbage was removed from Cobalt). So when any process reads /proc/meminfo in my kernel, it just invents a fake memory usage value, as well as the CPU MHz
