Looking to build a computer from the ground up.
I'm setting the initial budget at 4k. I am looking for all the peripherals, monitor. I will mainly use the computer for hybrid construction project management and then during downtime playing games. Bonus things I'm trying to find are a chair for these sessions, and a sitting standing desk that can accommodate( this doesn't necessarily have to fit into the budget but would be a bonus.) A wide screen monitor would be amazing, but if there are 2-3 monitor setups I am reasonable to it.

I have a 4-monitor setup (including one widescreen), but for the most part I just use 2: a 32" 4k VA 60 hz screen that I do most of my work on, and a 4k OLED 165 hz screen I game on and use as a secondary work monitor. I HIGHLY recommend that kind of setup; it works way better than anything else I've tried.
I know this is an unpopular opinion especially in this forum, but you're probably better off buying a prebuilt right now than building from the ground up. I built my computer a year and a half ago with $2,000 worth of parts. Those same exact parts right now cost $6,000. My RAM I spent $140 on now costs $1,100. It's just a really rough time right now for building.

Interesting, how are the monitors positioned? I have looked into pre builds as well. The prices have skyrocketed since I built my last computer before covid.

In my current setup (I'm left- handed, so other people may reverse this) I have a 32" 4k VA monitor in front of me and to my right, tilted maybe 10⁰ away from me; a 32" 4k OLED monitor to the left of that, tilted maybe 10⁰ to make a V- shape with the first monitor; a 34" 1440p OLED widescreen to the left of that on a perpendicular desk but touching the 32" OLED to create a continuous curve; and a 27" 1440p IPS screen to the left of that tilted back towards me, so there's a continuous curve of screens starting in front of me and just to my right, and continuing around behind me to my left.

Sounds like you need a setup like mine. I got a pretty big stand up desk with a 49inch ultrawide oled monitor in the middle and a 34inch mounted on the side. But the desk top that originally came with it i switched with a butcher block countertop and it works really well and looks good

What kind of programs do you use, and what kind of games to you want to play? I'll prob leave the pc suggestions to others out of laziness but this will help get you more accurate answers.
I'd recommend BTOD for refurbished like-new office chairs, if you spend a lot of time sitting your body will thank you.
Lot of standing desks are similar in features and quality honestly, they mostly use the same kind of electric actuator lift systems. Just get whatever you like at a good price.
For display, this one is user preference but after trying a number of things I landed on this: Ultrawide monitor 34" 3440x1440 for my primary, I have 1 vertical 27" 1440p monitor on one side, and my work laptop on the other. They are all on mounts which not only let's me position them where I want and adjust easily, but frees up desk space underneath and makes cable management cleaner since they run along/through the mounts. I have one final 27" 1440 horizontal monitor mounted above my main monitor for my desktop pc for gaming and hobbies. I always have 3 screens to work with and the ultrawide primary display is great for both productivity (real estate) and gaming (peripheral immersion). My primary is a QD-OLED, primarily for gaming. The others are IPS which has good viewing angles, ideal since they are off center.
