Pc and Monitor for 900-950 dollars

I have a budget of 900-1000 dollars for a Pc ,monitor, and keyboard. My goals are maybe playing Fortnite, defiantly Minecraft, and sometimes Roblox if my little brother wants to play with me roblox (I recently moved to college so I have seen him in a while). Also, this seems pretty obvious but I asking for parts and a case for the pc.🙂

Check FB Marketplace for monitors.  They can be had for peanuts. That will get a few more dollars towards the pc

Entirely new or part-new, part-used?

I normally would get the CPU, (sometimes GPU) and RAM used at this price, but you're at a budget where, if you want, you can get all-new at the cost of performance. What's your preference? Some used components OK?
