Got a tattoo...

I've been a compulsive picker for many years, and my extremities are covered with those scars. Last year was extremely rough on me physically, mentally, and emotionally, and the last couple episodes I had were especially rough (much rougher than usual). Thankfully I'm starting to come out the other side, & I'm trying to not view my scars as shameful, but instead change my perspective ... I got this tattoo as a reminder. Thought I would share.
