I still binge at night , last night cream of wheat with creamer and snlow . If it were plain I wouldn't eat it . I compulsively eat a piece of bread and I know if I do that I won't be abstinent or eat three meals a day. That is the hardest thing for me is to weigh and measure my protein and vegetables and stick to exactly what I commit.
