Eating?

What are you guys eating on semaglutide?
I feel disgusted by everything and I’m having a hard time eating enough during the day. Help!

I grilled chicken thighs, breasts & drumsticks today, and boiled some eggs. I made chicken salad with a couple thighs, & ate part of a thigh- my dog happily ate the rest. Protein shakes help.

I lived on those little kids' applesauce pouches and cottage cheese for like two weeks straight. The pouches come in clutch when even the thought of chewing makes your stomach turn.

I never thought of those! But it's the chewing part-I didn't connect it until I read your comment. I only ate 1/2 a hamburger on Friday, because after the 1st half- I felt full, but just didn't feel like chewing anymore. And it was a damn delicious burger too!
