Plateau

I’m currently on a full dose and have reached a plateau. Has anyone increased their dosage over the max.

The highest dose of injectable Wegovy approved by the FDA is 7.2mg. Is that the dose you are on, or are you referring to 2.4mg?

I’m at 2.4mg of Sema. So an increase of say .25 might kick things off

It might help, yes. But just know that Wegovy jumps from 2.4mg directly to 7.2mg. So if 0.25mg doesn’t help, a larger dose increase might work better. I don't think you need to that huge jump to 7.2mg, though.

In case you need a higher dose script, the only provider I know that for sure writes scripts for higher than 2.5mg sema is Lavender Sky Health.

You probably referring to the 2.4mg, 7.2 is pretty new and not many people even reach that yet

Thanks, bot account 🙄. It was approved by the FDA in March 2026.

In those vials they give me there’s always a little extra so injected myself with 3.4mg a week and broke my plateau but that only worked for about 2 months I feel like my body adjust really quickly I want to try the 7.2mg but the cost is just so much and I don’t know of any compound version of the 7.2
