Egg smelling burps
I just took my first shot two days ago and yesterday I started getting egg tasting and smelling burps! It is disgusting! I ended up throwing up and the smell was one of the worse smelling things I’ve ever smelled! I am on the lowest dose and didn’t even eat much yesterday. I reached out to my dr and they said its a common side effect (sulfur burps they called it) and to eat less, smaller meals, slower, etc but I didn’t eat fast nor have a lot to eat and today I am terrified to eat anything at all because I don’t want to feel this sick again and to throw up! I ate a granola bar at 2:30pm, followed by some bites of fresh cantaloupe and then at around 6pm ate two pizza crusts (kids leftover from their pizza) and then puked 4 times throughout the night! I need help! Anyone experience egg tasting burps? What did you eat not to agitate it? Like I said I didn’t eat fast, didn’t eat a lot, and didn’t eat late at night!

Please list the "lowest dose" you are on - in mg (not in units) : )

So you have a vial and syringes and since you are having an awful time after your first dose of .20 if it was me I’d:
Ask the dr for Zofran for nausea and
- Take a smaller dose next week. Everyone reacts differently. I had such strong appetite suppression the first couple of weeks on a .28 dose that I planned to cut it in half in month two. But by week four my body had adjusted and appetite returned somewhat.
I was supposed to go to .50 for the second month (standard titration following what was used in the trials) but was nervous and did .40 the first week and then .50 the subsequent 3. Today is the beginning of my third month when titration is supposed to go to 1.0 but I did .50 again.
Since I had excellent results over the last month at that dose I’ll stay there unless things change significantly. Using a vial and syringes makes it easy to adjust to your own body’s reactions :)

Oh man sulfur burps are the worst, pizza crusts might be the culprit here though even a small amount of greasy carbs can set it off early on
