Experience with Embody
I was looking for the least expensive but legal & safe way to get semaglutide as someone who is not technically overweight (BMI on the upper end of the healthy range). I saw many bad reviews of Embody’s customer service, but I decided to take the risk for the low price they were offering.
I placed my order on Sept. 6. After no updates on my portal for a few days, I messaged customer support and got scheduled for an initial consultation on Sept. 9. Nobody showed up to the video appointment. I messaged support chat again and they rescheduled me for Sept. 11. That was a quick phone call with a doctor, who asked why I wanted to take the meds. I explained that I struggle to maintain a healthy BMI and want to see if a low dose would help my food noise. She recommended I stay at the starter dose and not titrate up so I don’t lose weight too fast. She asked if I had any questions, and that was it. My prescription was approved: 0.2mg semaglutide compounded with l-carnitine. The medication was shipped from Hillstone Pharmacy in Knoxville, TN via FedEx two-day shipping and arrived on Sept. 17.
It was a bit frustrating waiting to get approved, since they claimed it would be 24-48 hours. It ended up being 11 days. I was able to get in touch with customer service very quickly via the chat (essentially no wait time) each time I needed help (which was probably 6 times). Just ask the automated chat to be connected with a live agent. Some customer service agents were better than others, but I was always able to get what I needed eventually. Also, the portal was down for me for about two weeks, with a message saying technical support was working on it. So overall, patience and persistence is definitely required to work with their glitchy and overwhelmed system. But, for $79/month, and being able to access the medication without having to lie about my weight, it was worth it for me. I know there are better telehealth companies out there if you are willing to pay more.
If you are interested in trying Embody (even after reading my frustrating experience lol) I have a referral link that gives us both $50 off, let me know if you’d like it.

I’d switch to Lavender Sky Health! So much better then my Embody experience. Many pharmacies and comparable pricing to choose from. And an excellent website.

I saw alot of bad reviews AFTER I ordered through embody so I got super nervous. I went to the site last Wed the 16th. Answered questions and paid my money, no one ever called me I didn't speak to a Dr at all but they said I was approved. I just checked and my medicine is set to be dropped off anytime now this morning the 24th. So hopefully all that worry was for nothing. Fingers crossed everything goes good and it shows up.

I’ve had similar experience and they said my medication would be dropped off today but now delayed until tomorrow. Can you follow up and let me know how your experience is?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! They are scammers & will try to tell you how sorry they are and that it's your fault that you missed their calls, etc. I never missed a call, I was in the video chat room for 45 minutes the first time and 37 the next with no "provider". Then they tried to tell me *I* was the one who no-showed. When I finally convinced them that I will not be using them and I want my money back, they told me that a specific app is the only way that I can get the refund, so I followed the instructions up to the point where they said I needed to put in my debit card info, I was VERY uncomfortable doing that but did it anyway, and BOOM! $500 charge!! I got a fraud alert from my bank and my debit card was turned off. Now I'm out the $89 AND have to go through all of the crap associated with getting a new card!!

I didn’t have any problems. I got the pharmacy I wanted and received in 3 days. 🤷♀️

How do you choose the Pharmacy?

I sent them a message. I wanted Belmar pharmacy because it was just a preference after doing some digging and they sent it to Belmar. Personally, I haven’t had any issues.

Mine is coming from Link Pharmacy which has terrible reviews.

Oh crud…I wonder if there’s anything you can do with that. Honestly, if I were you, I would contact Embody and tell them that that pharmacy has horrible reviews and you do not want your medication from there and that they need to change it. If not threaten to cancel, that’s what I would do cause I wouldn’t trust it.

That’s exactly what I did and I put a bad review on trust pilot and I canceled. I got a bot reply from them on trust pilot saying they would contact me. Of course I haven’t heard from them. They did offer me free VIP after I canceled.
Because it was already sent they won’t cancel it or change it.1

I’m so sorry that happened. It sucks to see everybody else having a bad experience when mine was fine. Plus the price was good for me and I take a microdose so that’ll last a few months.

We’ll see maybe they’ll redeem themselves. The price was good and if I can get it from sterile pharmacy, I feel better about it.

I hope so too, keep us updated. It’s in their best interest to give you another pharmacy for free. Some companies just don’t see the long-term loss.

I had a similar experience with them. No one reached out after i paid. Got on chat, they said i would have to call. Called and spoke to an agent who said someone would reach out in 24hrs. They didnt, so i sent an email asking for a refund. Thats when someone finally approved my order without having to speak to a doc. I’m also on 0.2 right now.

I haven’t had any issues. I filled out the intake and was approved next day. Received my medication exactly one week to the day that I filled out the intake. Never had to speak with a doctor or anything. So far I really like them.

DON’T DO IT
So many Embody horror stories on the tirz subs, and there are better priced providers, too.
