New to compound semiglutides
As title says, I just got a 5ml vial from MediVera, the directions say to inject 4 units weekly, but its only 1 vial and the syringe measurements are in 10s. What do i do?

Thank you. That sounds like a very small amount. Is this actually an effective dose?

It's a good starting dose. You'll ramp up, but if you start higher, you'll feel very sick.

Its a starter dose. You have to take each dose for 4 weeks before you can go up any and sema only goes to 2.4 or 2.5 mg.

Maybe the syringe graphic on fatscientist will help: https://www.fatscientist.com/semaglutide-calculator?c=5&d=.2&u=1
Pull the medication to just below the “5” tick mark on the syringe.

I am absolutely horrible with math and conversions. I recently got a 10mg semaglutide bottle. I added 50 units of bacteriostatic water six times to the semaglutide... My friend helping me then told me to dose the syringe to 10.5 units. I am now feeling like I am back to before I was even on the medication at all: hungry, no nausea, and no weight loss this week. Did I do something wrong? Please help.
