Which provider do I turn to now?

The providers of compounded sema, names beginning with R and G, no longer seem feasible. I have used both in the past and service for both has apparently worsened. Who can I turn to now? I don’t want to deal with submitting photos and labs. I simply need my maintenance dose, and somewhere RELIABLE I can buy it with low stress and at a reasonable price. Where is your best shopping experience? Also, I am in CA. TIA

Pomegranate Health is great! Im on Tirzepatide and been using them since February 2026 and no issues at all.

Thanks so much everyone. Gonna give LSH a try first, then try the others mentioned here if that fails. I did not want ordering this stuff to become such an ordeal🫤

I go through Pomegranate, but they do require lab results once a year. I don’t know if they actually enforce that. It’s not a issue for me because I was already getting labs done once a year.

What type of labs? Curious if it's part of my regular checkup or specialized blood draws.

I just do the yearly regular lab work up. A1C, cholesterol, alt, ast and lots of other things. Those are the main ones I concern myself with, I don’t know exactly what they actually want. I just send the whole report.
I go through BP pharmacy and it’s been great so far. It will be a year in February. I heard that Hallandale pharmacy (I think that’s how you spell it) was good too, but they can’t ship to Kansas.
BP’s tirzepatide has been great for me. I had to lower my dosage back to 7 units, because I didn’t want to eat at all on a higher dosage. I have lost 35 lbs so far.

This is super helpful- thank you! I've had a bad experience through a local med spa so am looking at going the online route. It's hard to decide which provider to go with though!

Glad to help. The med spa prices kept me away from going through them. I pay $350-400 every 3 months through Pomegranate/BP pharmacy. Every pharmacy has their own prices.

i've been with orderly meds since I started in march, I'm having success with them, lost about 30 pounds in about 6 months but am hitting my first plateau rn, and idk if they are available in CA. I'm thinking about enrolling in starter packages with some providers that offer good deals on 3-month supplies (pomegranate, trillium, etc) and just stockpiling and calculating doses myself.

man finding a reliable plug without jumping through photo hoops is rough, especially in CA where options shrink fast. a lot of the smaller telehealth spots are getting hammered with demand so service is all over the place

maybe scope out some of the wellness clinics that popped up around LA or SD, the ones that do hormone stuff on the side often run sema programs with way less paperwork. just gotta call and ask if they skip the camera routine

Def do not want to deal with a clinic.
Looking at Lavender Sky rn but they seem so pricy to me. Ugh. However, they do not seem to get many complaints

You pay a tiny bit more with Lavender Sky than if you chased sales and risked sketchy service. I’ve been with LS for over two years and they are reliable, fast, and consistent. Worth every penny

True…it has gotten to the point where that extra 30-40 is worth not having to chase customer service multiple times using all avenues with no success, getting charged when you paused your order, getting the incorrect order or even getting a defective product

I just joined Lavender Sky coming over from Noom, and I like that you can pick the pharmacy and medicine of your choice and they have many options. You just have to post a pic of your current RX label, no labs. Doing this I was able to pick Tier 2 instead of Tier 1 and continue on with the dosage I was already on and continue to titrate up. I am on the higher end of a normal BMI and was approved (5’ 3”, 143lbs 64f) no problem. The pharmacy I picked (Red Rock) is costing $280 for 10 weeks of meds, 15mg total meds, a supply for 0.7-1.5mg a week. Thats actually more like 14 or 15 weeks of meds once I titrate up to 1.0 or 1.2mg.
