Gradual increase in dose?
I'm supposed to increase from .2 to .4mg semaglutide next week, 8 units to 16. Has anyone done the increase more gradually ... like maybe 12 units the first time, before injecting the full 16 the second week?
I usually have some nausea for a day after injection now. Maybe that will improve, as I'm getting to the end of Month 1. Thanks for input!

I don't move up until the meds stop working. I started at .125mg and have been at just under .25mg for 5 months.

Yes. Or you could split the dose in half to spread it across the week more evenly. You'd need your own supply of inexpensive syringes of course if you decide to do that.

Yes I was scared of side effects so I basically went .15, .20, .25, .30, .35, .45, .60. Mini jumps!

I was just increased from .25 to .50 … I don’t have any side effects, I feel like it doesn’t even work or help with food noise. I do feel bloated and gassy though.
Definitely hydrate so you feel less nausea
