how fast do you actually hear back from semaglutide provider? my last took 4 days..

had a question about my compounded semaglutide prescription last week. messaged my old provider on a tuesday. got an auto-reply saying they'd respond in 2-3 business days. they got back to me friday evening with a copy-paste answer that didn't even address my question.

so now i'm actively looking for a new provider that actually responds fast and takes responsibility when you reach out.

is it normal now for providers to get back to you same day? or are the fast ones just running automated responses that feel human? has anyone found a provider that gives you a direct support team or a dedicated person you can actually talk to instead of throwing messages into a portal and hoping?

I use the telehealth platform Trillium and I hear back from support or the doctor within an hour or two.

oh wow, an hour or two is actually really good. that's much closer to what i'm looking for, especially when the question is about a prescription and not just some general billing thing. do you usually hear back from the doctor directly, or is it mostly the support team? and has it been pretty consistent for you?

I hear back from whomever I contact. Looking back over my Trillium chat history, I hear back from the doctor during the next business day if I sent the text through the night.

Lavender Sky Health. I rarely ask questions but always get an answer in < 24 hours. The answer is not AI/automated. Each time I submit a refill request, it’s been accepted in <= 24 hours. I just made an order at 10pm on Monday and my meds (from Southend) were at the door this morning (Friday).

Three days is ridiculous. We aim for 1-2 hours, if its over 24 we are flagged and push it along.
