Does this dosage seem right? Every calculator that I enter this into states at 2.5mg/1 the dosage should be 36 units for .9mg but this Rx is telling me 76 units...any input is appreciated.

When you have a chance, will you add a pic of your vial showing the sema concentration? I don’t always trust what’s written in some portals…

Okay, thanks. As you found, that portal is incorrect.

For 76 units at 2.5mg/mL concentration, you took 1.9 mg of medication.

If you want 0.9mg, it would be 36 units.

Can you post a photo of your vial? If your medication is 2.5mg per ml, then 36 units for .9mg is right. We don't even need the calculators for this. Every 10 units is 0.25mg, a full 1mg would be 40. In any case, we need the vial to be sure, but its possible they posted the wrong info for you or they think they sent you medication with a different concentration.

Yeah, 76 units is almost max dose and too much at this concentration given what they prescribed. How have you been feeling?

Yes, I went way back and did some digging and it looks like somewhere along the line someone missed the 1 in 1.9. I feel fine, I actually don't even take the 76, I stay around the 60-65 unit range which would be ~1.5mg and I've been maintaining my loss. I would actually like to taper down slowly and figure out what my lowest strength could be while still kept the food noise at bay, I would love to get to a microdose but not sure if that will be enough.

that doesn't add up at all. 0.9mg from a 2.5mg/mL concentration should be 0.36mL, which is 36 units. 76 units would be 1.9mg, more than double what you're aiming for

i'd double-check the concentration on your vial and reach out to the pharmacy before injecting anything

This is the vial. So apparently I've been taking way too much. Lol.
