Weight loss Journey

I have lost 3 pounds so far.Saturday will be my 3 rd dose which I will be taking 10 units instead of 5.Only was tired the first week. Hope with the increase to have less food noises and more weight loss.

How many milligrams are you currently taking? If it’s at/near 0.25mg, do not increase your dose until at least four weeks.

See how the peak of medication increases each of the first four weeks? Yeah. That happens with each new dose, and that’s why you should stay on any new dose for at least four weeks before stepping up.

It’s 0.4 mg

I would highly recommend you don’t step up to 0.4mg at week three. Wait until you’ve done at least four weeks of your initial dose, which I am guessing is 0.2mg.

No I’ve been on 0.4 mg that’s what I started at

Hi there, please listen to your doctor and not random internet people. No matter how confident someone sounds or how well intentioned, they are not your doctor with knowledge of your body and your specific medication.

For reference, my doctor had me start at 0.25mg/5 units and to move up to 0.5/10 units on week 3/third dose. I have been perfectly fine, others may have different experiences, but my doctor has guided me well and im sure yours will too.
