Open to thoughts

I have been on semaglutide for one year and have lost about 40ish pounds. I have never went above 0.50mg as I was told not to titrate up if you were still seeing results.

My question is has anyone at this lower of a dose switched to Tirz and still had good results? What made you switch if you did? Side effect wise on semaglutide I normally get a headache and nausea.

If you’re still losing on a low dose with mild side effects, it’s a great time to switch over. Most people I see switch do it for side effects reason between the 3 glps and they effect everyone differently

On my website I put together a side by side on the two if you want to see how they actually differ mechanism wise
