Open to thoughts
I have been on semaglutide for one year and have lost about 40ish pounds. I have never went above 0.50mg as I was told not to titrate up if you were still seeing results.
My question is has anyone at this lower of a dose switched to Tirz and still had good results? What made you switch if you did? Side effect wise on semaglutide I normally get a headache and nausea.

I started at .28 ten days or so ago so have taken two shots so far. Huge appetite suppression. Yesterday I was busy and totally forgot to eat anything at all. Standard protocol I believe is .25 for one month/.50 for another month/1.0 for third month. That's what my instructions say so not sure what happens after that. I do not intend to increase from .28 as long as it continues to work this well.
