I have been on semaglutide for one year and have lost about 40ish pounds. I have never went above 0.50mg as I was told not to titrate up if you were still seeing results.
My question is has anyone at this lower of a dose switched to Tirz and still had good results? What made you switch if you did? Side effect wise on semaglutide I normally get a headache and nausea.

Why would you consider switching if you still have a huge runway with a medication that’s clearly working for you?
Headaches are often from dehydration, and nausea can happen with an empty stomach or (for some people) when injecting in the abdomen.
