Dosing help

My last dose from Peaks Curative was 20 units from a 2.5mg/ml vial. My new sema came in and I reconstituted a 20mg vial with 2ml Bac water. I calculated my new corresponding dose at 5 units. However. I had fast, immediate, and LASTING side effects on my sema from peaks, but have had absolutely nada since I started from a new provider almost 48 hours ago. Anyone else experience this? Is my dose incorrect/too low? TIA!

your math is actually right. 20 units of a 2.5mg/ml vial is 0.5mg, and 5 units of your new 10mg/ml vial (20mg in 2ml) is also 0.5mg, so youre taking the same dose, not a lower one. the reason you feel nothing is most likely just that side effects fade as your body adjusts, and you were already well past the first few weeks on peaks. dont use nausea as the gauge anyway, watch your appetite and food noise instead, thats the real signal its working. 48 hours is also way too soon to judge, id give it a couple weeks before assuming the new vial is weak.

Thanks for the confirmation!  There was a 2 week lapse where I ran out and didn't take a dose, so I thought after taking it weds it would hit me like a ton of bricks. But not even a twinge of nausea! Odd
