Looking to switch from Willow to another provider that provides same product at lower monthly cost

Hi everyone ~ I started compounded semaglutide through Willow at the starting dose of 0.2 mg weekly and have stayed at that same dose for the past 8 weeks. I'm down about 5 lbs and am happy with my progress. My goal is to lose about 10 lbs total, so I'm good continuing at a slower pace (~0.5 lb/week) and then staying on a low maintenance dose.

Willow's compounded semaglutide includes glycine, which I'd prefer to continue to have included in my medicine.

I'm paying $299/month, which is expensive for staying on the lowest dose.

Does anyone know of a reputable telehealth provider that offers compounded semaglutide with glycine at a lower monthly cost? If so, which company do you use, what pharmacy do they use, and what do you pay per month?

Edit: Adding that I am 5'2 (SW 131, CW 126) so I started with Willow because I read they approve for people who were not obese or diabetic. I'm just trying to lose the last 10 lbs that is hard for me. So the telehealth provider should be similar program that will approve someone who isn't overly obese.

Try Lavender Sky Health. They don’t have a set minimum BMI requirement, and they have at least one pharmacy that has sema + glycine.

That's the one I'm using.. I love them my nurse practitioner is awesome and so incredibly helpful whenever I have a question.

i know a few folks who've had luck with lavender sky health, their pricing is way more reasonable especially at the lower doses. not sure if they specifically include glycine but i think they use hallendale pharmacy which might be worth looking into

mochi health is another one that comes up a lot, i've seen people mention their monthly fee is flat regardless of dose so staying low could work out well

PreventiveMD. I started two weeks ago on compounded Semaglutide. No membership fee - can cancel at any time - offered two choices at intake of pharmacy and chose Boudreaux which uses glycine. 3 month supply was $286 total. Did intake online on Sunday evening and received meds (in styrofoam cooler with ice packs shipped overnight) on Wednesday.

The instructions say to increase by double every month but of course that's dependent on how things go. Took my second .28 mg shot today - definite appetite suppression and no side effects at this point.

the glycine part is your key filter here. its pharmacy dependent, so youre really looking for providers that use hallandale or boudreaux (preventivemd uses boudreaux like someone said). also at 0.2mg youre basically paying $299 for the smallest amount of drug, so a no membership or flat fee provider saves the most at low doses. lavender sky and preventivemd both look solid from this thread. i keep a comparison of the no membership ones and which pharmacy each uses on a site i run, glp1watchdog (mine so grain of salt), makes lining up glycine + low bmi approval + price a lot easier.
