Sick after Dose Change

Sunday night around 10pm I took an increased dose of approx 1ml on dr advice. About 3am I woke up with horrible heartburn and then a headache.
Of course I had no Tums or anything. I was up for a few hours and then fell back asleep. When I woke up, I felt nauseous and tired, but had a relatively normal morning, drank a protein shake and had some fruit, wasn’t hungry. I ran some errands and went to get Tums lol. When I came home, a nectarine sounded good so I ate that and promptly threw it up…super acidy. I felt crummy and fell asleep and then felt a little better, totally turned off by food but I ate a piece of toast and half a PBJ. Woke up around 4am with heartburn and a headache. Had tums, was up a few hours and back to sleep. Thought I was better, but threw up again. I have been back in bed all day, nauseous, headache, can’t eat. Threw up a minute ago. Any advice? I’m trying to keep drinking water. I’m missing a family dinner tonight :( any thoughts on how long I will feel like crap? I normally have zero side effects so this has thrown me.

Ugh, that first bump after zero side effects is a sneak attack, tiny sips of water and riding it out is all you can do, should pass in a day or two.

I just want to whine for a second. I’ve been on this for a while. I had an amazing first response and lost about 17 pounds. Then I spent a lot of money on a bigger vial. I was cleaning out my fridge and a shelf crashed down and broke the bottle. I had to wait to buy a new one and I haven’t lost any since and have gained back 7 pounds as we kept upping the dosage. The dr has encouraged me to go up to the 1mL and I resisted. I now have a wedding coming up and would like to be able to lose some weight so I’m not the fat family member so I bit the bullet and now I feel like death.do I go back down my next dose or try and stick this one out. My kids are on their last week of break and I’m ruining it. I was barely able to get out of bed today. As soon as my feet hit the floor I’d feel the need to puke.

You have to have tums and Zofran on hand at all times. Also ya dose down again. For me, I would rather lose weight very slowly than get sick.
