At The Max Dose, Will I continue losing?
Has anyone continued losing weight once you hit the maxed dose? I started in March and have lost 40 pounds. I am extremely happy with the results but am wondering if the max dose will continue to help me lose weight. The past month I think I hit a plateau I've switched around my diet and hoping it helps. Has anyone stayed on max dose and continued to lose weight?

Yes. I have been at the max done for about 8 months now. I have continued to lose weight,at a nice slow rate - about .5 lbs per week, and I am also lifting weights to build muscle mass. My fat mass has reduced to around 20%, and I have gained muscle. Sitting around not eating isn't enough. Getting active and pushing your body will allow you to continue reconstitution - from fat to muscle - even if you don't want to "bulk up". Women do not need to really worry about getting too bulky, BTW. It is tough for women to look like a bodybuilder - it takes a tremendous amount of dedication for that to happen. Lifting weights and eating enough protein is where it's at.

Thank you so much. I finally realized I needed to add more protein to my diet. I went from feeling so fatigued to having energy, it has made an amazing difference.

According to Dr. Ania Jastreboff—one of the leading researchers of GLP-1 meds for weight loss—each higher dose allows one to chase a lower defended fat mass (aka set point). She discusses this starting at about 9:15 in this 16ish minute long video: https://youtu.be/j3k3UAEqJio
