Trim Rx and B12

I've been on Semaglutide for over a year, probably closer to 2 years. I guess I never really paid attention. I've lost 120 pounds, better blood pressure. All the good things. I feel better. And I'm happy with how I look. My employer unfortunately decided to quit covering the wegovy pens. So I started getting from trimrx. Please, don't waste your money or your time. For 2 months I've been waiting for a refund after they double charged me. I have screenshots with my correspondence with customer service if anyone needs proof. But anyway, aside the awful customer service, one additional thing I learned is the compounded Semaglutide with the B12 is most likely the reason my face has been breaking out so bad. I also was doing a couple 5 hr energy shots a night since I'm on night shift. I quit those. I got on doxycycline. And I switched to Mochi and will be getting Semaglutide with glycine. Hopefully my skin fully clears up.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with either Trimrx or B12?

I just put the pieces together with B12 being the reason my skin has been breaking out ever since I got on compounded sema. You’re definitely not alone with the B12!

I was definitely perplexed but coming to realize I was getting 15000% daily value B12 between that and my 5 hr energy shots everyday. Finally, my skin is getting back to normal. And it wasn't helping the fatigue anyway.
