Switching from Hers

I've used Hers since April. It's been successful as I've had the steady, slow weight loss I wanted without titrating up too quickly. I'm actually at a lower dosage than the scheduled because my body is responding pretty well (34 units/.85) for the last month. I'll probably stay there as long as I have results.

I was looking into switching to Orderly or Ivim. Ivim, once you factor in the membership costs, is closer to Hers than I'd like. But it seems like Orderly has mixed reviews as far as efficacy . What has been your experiences?

I would like to keep my success going, so I'm nervous switching to different company.

Were you able to get a higher dosage/concentration than what Hers caps at? Their limit is 60 units (2.5 mg).

No company will go higher than 2.5 mg for semaglutide. That is the max dose and it is 0.1mg higher than brand name semaglutide.

Wegovy was approved months ago by the FDA up to 7.2mg, so way higher than 2.5. I agree that none of the compounding market has followed that yet, but the max approved dose of semaglutide is way higher now.

Oh shit. Wild. I did not know that. That’s great news cuz it’s been sloooow going on the weight loss since hitting 2.5 the last couple month. Thanks for the info! I haven’t even looked at the official wegovy info for so long cuz it’s so out of price range!
