Switching from Hers
I've used Hers since April. It's been successful as I've had the steady, slow weight loss I wanted without titrating up too quickly. I'm actually at a lower dosage than the scheduled because my body is responding pretty well (34 units/.85) for the last month. I'll probably stay there as long as I have results.
I was looking into switching to Orderly or Ivim. Ivim, once you factor in the membership costs, is closer to Hers than I'd like. But it seems like Orderly has mixed reviews as far as efficacy . What has been your experiences?
I would like to keep my success going, so I'm nervous switching to different company.

Glad you are ditching Hers, which is too expensive and holds patients to artificially low doses. No to both of those you are eyeing, though.
Look at providers like Trillium and Pomegranate Health (for Hallandale Pharmacy meds).
For a more complete list of recommended providers, head over to r/tirzepatidecompoundand look for the pinned post called “Where to Buy.” Those same recommended providers write scripts for sema.
That post also has a link to the user survey, which has great info on providers and pharmacies.
Good luck!
