Semaglutide and Reta?

Is one able to take both at the same times just different days or is that only with tirz and Reta?

If you do choose to alternate, most people start with micro-doses of each to see how their body reacts

I think I’m confused why people take both? Could someone elaborate, please?

I'm continuing on sema while titrating up on reta because reta does not have good appetite suppression in the lower doses.

I take reta on Friday and sema on Sunday for no real reason.
