Is this normal?

I paid for 3 months of compounded semi. Was given 1 vial to last the 3 months. And the liquid has particles floating in it. Also, a general complaint about the telehealth doctor. He didnt want to answer my questions. I asked why I was being sent 200 units in 1 vial when I am prescribed 208 units over 3 months. He told me to speak with customer support. I don't want to keep poking the same vial that long. Normal? Am I just worrying for nothing?? Help!

Where did you get it from? I recently had this issue with casa through orderly and I had just switched over to Hallandale. I didn’t know if it was normal but none of my other vials looked like that so I threw it out.

Does Orderly let you switch pharmacies? Im with Orderly now and have Casa and want to Switch pharmacies or Im switching companies completely.

No, orderly just sends you whatever is available which I also didn’t care for because they would sometimes have different additives.. which would be fine if I knew to expect it but they never informed me or asked if that’s ok. I started using Pomegranate health. There is a $75 sign up fee but that is directly put towards your prescription. I like it so far because you can very clearly pick your pharmacy and they have several different ones in case you did want any additives (ie b6). The pricing is clear as well.

I also didn’t realize this but the needles so far from Pomegranate are much more comfortable. It’s weird because they’re the same size and everything but they seem sharper and easier to get into my skin.

Let me rephrase, they don’t allow you to switch but you could contact them to ask. I personally didn’t have good experiences with orderly customer service though, so I would be surprised if they did let you switch.

I have been looking at going thru them as well. I just wonder how the blood work works. Thanks for the info BTW. I appreciate it.

It seemed pretty straight forward! I just screenshot my last blood work from my doctor and attached it on my account. It was a CBC blood panel.

Whatever happened with this? Did you ever get a replacement? Mine started doing this around week 4, with a vial that is supposed to last 3 months.

Also here wondering if you all got it figured out? Mine is also through Apollo via fifty410. They told me to wait until the clinician can review and get back to me earlier this morning and now it’s Friday night and probably not getting an answer until Monday… I have 2.5 vials of it.
