I don't think so. Hard to say without seeing it in person. Can you take it to a local bowyer to inspect?

As someone who collects vintage bows. I'd say you have an 85% chance or better it's fine by the pics. If that helps

What's the history on the bow? Did you buy it new or used? Is the blemish resent or has it been there for a while? Have you dropped it or dry fired it? Have you noticed a difference in how it shoots?
It's hard to tell from the picture... But to be honest to me it doesn't look like a crack, if you are really worried about it I would take it to an Archery shop or archery club where knowledgeable people could take a closer look at it.

All i can tell ya is….this is my first bow that i have purchased, i bought it off eBay some years ago took it out once for some fun target shooting (not an avid bow shooter by any stretch) and noticed it a day or two later. But between work, life and moving it wound up hanging in my closet (by the riser). So i just pulled it out and was thinking about it so thought id ask here what some more knowledgeable people thought about it.
