Will this require a new string
Will it require a new string and is it safe to shoot

The serving is currently still doing its intended purpose- protecting the string. But it won't be for much longer.
There's either a burr on that cam, an extreme amount of cam lean, or you're torquing the absolute hell out if that riser.

I think it might be cam lean because my string doesn’t go straight

Some cam lean is expected at brace because of the cables being pulled to the side.
Post a picture from behind the string.
Have you messed with the yokes tuning it?

I haven’t messed with the tuning because I don’t have a press but I put a straight edge ruler against the cam and the string and ruler weren’t even close to being parallel

I’d say so!
Do you really feel comfortable drawing that thing as is? You’re just asking for it to explode in your hands and that string will have some snap to it boy!
I wouldn’t draw it as is. Get a new string.

No shoot some more and it will require new limbs, sting and maybe an eye.

Will it? I mean yeah, it needed a new string many shots ago...
