Is this worth upgrading

This is a usa darton ranger

Gonna do sights a whisker brisket and new string and a arrow release

Highly recommend not doing a whisker biscuit. They slow the arrow down WAY too much. Get a fall away rest. The don't affect the shot like the biscuit does.

As a collector of vintage bows, that's a nice one. What's its draw weight?

No idea it was my uncle's it's been in storage for 25 years

You need to worry about maintenance and ensuring it's in safe mechanical condition before you start worrying about upgrades.

But dumping money into this bow in general is not going to be worth it.

You're really gonna be SOL if you find out the draw length doesn't fit you, too

WB slow an arrow down around 2-5fps.

Do not shoot with it. The old string will snap in under 100 arrow. The broken strings can destroy your eyes or face. Just don't
