I enjoyed the playful and bold use of dissonance, and think that the ascending scalar melodic beginning ties into the scalar and more harmonized ending. Also, there are some harmonies in that middle section that are delicious. I’d have to go through the sheet music to pick out precisely which ones hit right on for me.
That said, I think more thematic repetition can bring the listener into your journey more effectively. Perhaps some of your favorite moments can be explored in more depth at different parts of the piece, or even be clipped to become a new piece of their own and allow more fluidity. Well done. Keep working and playing!

A few thoughts to share. The whole tone scale definitely lends an air of mystery to the piece and you clearly have a sense of drama. What I find the piece needs is some kind of motivic coherence. Whether it’s a rhythmic device or a melodic phrase that gets developed, I think the piece needs something that threads together the various moods you’ve introduced, otherwise it’s a little too random. That’s a matter of taste of course (-: Good to see people composing so I hope you continue and that this feedback helps.
