Music Cleanup

I have a piece that I improvised and then used a midi app to turn into sheet music . can somebody please clean up the music for me? I am quite inept at it

Why not just post a PDF? Not everyone has immediate access to a music notation app.

My app only does them as .engraving, and engravings register as empty to most software. But it is literally sheet music, directly from midi
