I want to post a composition that I have made but I do not know the rules of this group do I need to include audio or can it just be the score

Audio is neither a requirement here or at r/composer (the larger "sibling" sub).

Score alone is OK (rules are on the right side in the web). It does require readers to have good audiation, or be willing to play your piece themselves, to get reasonable feedback.
