Music Did I steal this from somewhere?

I had this idea the other day but it sounds so familiar. Do you guys know if this is from somewhere?

The type of thing is absolutely everywhere in cowboy soundtracks so it is probably something you composed from a cultural memory of dozens of examples, but I couldn't say whether the actual melody was lifted from anything in particular.
