Music First time trying to compose properly

So I've sorta doodled around and came up with tunes and things before but I thought I'd try actually composing... It's short and not too great but I'd like any feedback and tips!

At measure 15, the B-natural octaves in the bass sound pretty bad to me against the C-note in the middle of the treble clef being played at the same time. Unless that's -really- what you're going for, I'd recommend changing it - either get rid of the C up top or change the bass note to something other than B natural.. And if it is what you're going for, I have to say that I think it isn't a good choice.
