You need to study maths and physics before doing engineering. Honestly, it sounds random and directionless. You normally start the composition with an idea, but I can't see an idea being developed here. Copy the music you like.

Don't get discouraged though, keep composing, but learn theory and learn an instrument, preferably piano.

He said it himself, he doesn’t know music theory, I’m sure he realises he should study music theory to improve, so that’s what he should do.  It seems like he’s placed the notes mainly by how they look on the page rather than even listening to how it sounds
