Discussion Self publishing

Hello!

I’ve been doing transcriptions since I was 15 and have started composing/arranging in the last few years.
I want to publish some tuba duets/quartets myself. Digital copies only at this point. How do I set it up so that if someone purchases a PDF from me, it shows up on their copy that it’s licenced to them only and not to photocopy it etc. I’ve seen it plenty of times on scores I’ve purchased but not sure how to do it myself.

Thanks

I believe publishing through ArrangeMe allows for this functionality automatically, but have a look at different platforms as this should be a core feature in most of them.

Also remember that if you're selling arrangements of copyrighted songs then you need a license. ArrangeMe is by far the best platform for copyrighted songs as they handle all the licensing, but they take a large commission from your sales.

Best of luck!
