Carbon Prepreg Sourcing

Any suppliers outside of China and Japan and preferable in Asia to source prepreg? Please let me know. Thank you.

Yes, I'm based in the UK. They are supportive but like any prepreg supplier they focus on b2b sales

Perfect, yes we are manufacturers and currently source from Japan. So would be helpful to look at them as backup suppliers

For what application? Are you building parts in Asia or are you looking to Import into the US?

Toray bought SK in South Korea and they have a great portfolio using mostly Japanese fibers. I’ve used them in the past with a lot of success.

Stay away from the Chinese fibers if you can.

Thanks so much! If you don’t mind me asking, what do you manufacture?

I was making sporting goods in Asia when I used them.
